I probably risking my reputation with this (which i don't have) :o
What about (i don't know if ti can be made or not) forum where you can draw (every post is a drawing...)
It would be like white paper with paint-like controls for drawing, and then every other user could post their own drawing, or draw something on your picture (post)... or something like that...
I know it sounds strange, but if you give yourself a chance to think about it, you'll see that it could be very fun...
