i would say no because there are millions upon millions of ppl that do this stuff and as long as i dont go crazy with this stuff i think ill be good... maybe

with private tracker i think you are safe, but if you download a lot on public tracker you could have problems

I'm not worried about it. I dont think ISPs would do that, because nobody would still need more than 1mbit connections.

trust me, gov/feds/etc - nobody cares,they have their own troubles.
One copyright companies do care and pay money other people to catch you.
Private trackers are usually save, IPs are closed and there are no copyright reps.
Open trackers... depends on the administration

Letters are unpleasant (I did get one), but most ISPs are not interested in doing anything more than just send you these warnings until they get a subpoena and are forced to surrender your info (which is very unlikely). I just stay away from public trackers now.

I'm more worried about big trackers closing one by one until all that is left are small trackers where it is hard to keep a good ratio.. The authorities will be certainly more interested in the trackers than the individual users at least for quite a while..

I can't say that I am that bothered, if I get a letter then ask me and my answer may change but since I use a seedbox and I don't use public trackers the only thing they could monitor would be my ftp...

I do worry about it. Sometimes I resolve to stop, but I keep going back to it.
