http://www.jungle-pirates.com — Jungle-Pirates is a little disorganized, but there’s over 200 torrents. After signing up, browse the torrents by finding the /torrents.php link.

http://www.myplacedesign.com/signup.php — Classified as a general tracker, MyPlaceDesign offers over 100 torrents, most of which are movies (XviD and DVDRs) with a few other things thrown in.

http://torrentkings.org/account-signup.php — TorrentKings is a newer general tracker with almost 700 torrents. 3 GB upload are added to each new account, and there’s a ton of freeleech torrents.

http://www.nitrotorrents.com/account.php — NitroTorrents, a relatively unknown tracker, offers over 3,500 torrents and some very impressive speeds. We’d assume most of their torrents are seedbox-hosted.

http://www.shadowscene.net — A tracker startup in December, ShadowScene serves up 184 torrents, most of which is scene stuff. Even has a few nice packs (IMDb Top 25).

http://tripp2euphoria.com — A brand-new general tracker with 125 torrents - everything is freeleech until Jan. 15/09.

http://armedia.ro/signup.php — ARMedia is a brand-new Romanian/English tracker that launched just 3 days ago, and already has an impressive 88 torrents.

http://www.123debeste.org — Dutch tracker with over 700 torrents.

http://www.scenertorrents.com/signup.php — SceneRTorrents offers a whopping 11 torrents, although a new one was added today! Woot!
eLearning/Self-Help:

Salad.tl has over 750 active torrents in categories for business, documentaries, fighting/defense, health/fitness, magic, persuasion, pickup/seduction, self-support and telesales. At last check, signups were still currently open.

I think that making another general/0day tracker is useless, I mean we have so many them. Much better would be making a specialized trackers. I think in that group is much more place, for new movies/music etc. I know that getting a content for specialized tracker is harder than general, but still. We don't have comedy movie tracker or maybe action movie tracker.

i g uess there are new sites comin in everyday. BSC had some potential but went down after a few months

this was the problem for BSC. the costs were running high. And den dey removed it.

That is a problem with new trackers. They may have potential, but will they last. Trackers are like businesses, over 80% of new businesses will fail in the first year and over 80% of the ones that last a year will fail in year two. Trackers just act a bit quicker than that.
