I have asked about memory and about a motherboard, so now on to the Video card. This is an important part of a computer since so many people use hi def to watch movies and shows, plus games are asking for faster and better video to make the games look amazing. Also many televisions are now coming able to have the TV be your monitor so that is a big plus too. the video card I would get is this one. It may not be the greatest for gaming, but having the HDMI is a big plus for the price which is $79.99 on newegg.

I use ATI Radeon 4870 HD, it works great! But rememer that if you want to get the most of this card you should have a power supply with a least 750 W.
